Anyone who lives, works, worships, or attends school in the following counties of California may join: Sacramento, El Dorado, Placer, Yuba, Butte, Nevada, San Joaquin, Solano, and Yolo. You can also join through your affiliation with many California school related organizations, such as the California Teachers Association, enrollment in a post secondary educational institution, or employees of the California school system.
