Ahead of the holiday season, American Express Member Week is making a comeback with special offers for eligible consumer and small-business cardholders. From Oct. 10 through Oct. 14, 2022, you can access unique experiences and special offers around shopping, entertainment, dining, travel and wellness on AmEx's website.

As you’re navigating the rising costs of goods and services, scope out Member Week offers for possible savings on planned purchases.

Here’s a preview of what to expect.

Member Week savings categories

Eligible cardholders can get access to offers across different categories, but your access to them may vary depending on where you live. If you have an AmEx credit card that earns cash back or points, you can also get more value from your purchases.

Shopping

Peruse discounts for added savings on planned purchases with specific retailers. To qualify for these Member Week offers, you must enroll your AmEx card and use it to make the purchase. Terms apply.

Some of the retailer-specific Member Week offers will include:

  • HBO Max: Spend $99 and receive a $50 statement credit.

  • Under Armour: Spend $75 and receive a $25 statement credit.

  • Dell: Spend $100 and receive a $50 statement credit.

  • The Container Store: Spend $75 and receive a $25 statement credit.

  • Terms apply.

🤓Nerdy Tip

A card like the Blue Cash Everyday® Card from American Express can pair well with some retailer-specific discounts during Member Week. It earns 3% back on U.S. online retail purchases on up to $6,000 spent per year, and it rewards you in other categories as well. Terms apply.

Travel

Eligible cardholders who book through AmexTravel.com will be able to access offers from select airlines including Alaska Airlines, Finnair, Qatar Airways and others. Terms apply.

Dining

Foodies in select locations may also be able to get a $25 statement credit after spending $75 or more on a single purchase at a select Resy restaurant by Dec. 8, 2022. To be eligible, you must enroll your AmEx card during Member Week. This offer can be used up to two times. Terms apply.

If you live in select cities — including New York, Miami and Los Angeles — you’ll also be eligible to book exclusive reservations at certain popular Resy restaurants on Nov. 1, 2022. Terms apply.

🤓Nerdy Tip

If you have the American Express® Gold Card and use it toward dining and travel during Member Week, you can snag 4 points per $1 spent at U.S. restaurants and 3 points per $1 spent for flights booked directly with airlines or with American Express Travel. Terms apply.

Wellness

Cardholders can enroll an eligible AmEx card to get a $40 statement credit after making a U.S. purchase of $175 or more at The Spa at Equinox, or The Shop at Equinox in-store or online by Nov. 24, 2022. Terms apply.

If you’re a fan of meditation or want to learn, you can also enroll an eligible AmEx card to receive a $50 statement credit after making a single U.S. subscription purchase of $69.99 or more at Calm.com by Oct. 31, 2022. Terms apply.

Entertainment

Member Week will also feature access to performances that will allow you to tune in live or in person. Ticket sales will be available for upcoming performances by Jack Harlow and Ed Sheeran. Passes for the Coachella music festival will also be available to purchase. For information on the timing of these shows and when you can access these ticket sales, see AmEx's Member Week news release.
