Through February 2021, as part of the issuer's “Month of More” promotion, holders of qualifying Freedom credit cards can earn 5% back on gas, on up to $150 in combined purchases. Eligible cards include:
The Chase Freedom®.
The Chase Freedom Flex℠.
In order to qualify, you’ll need to activate the offer by Feb. 28. 2021.
Typically, gas spending earns only 1% to 1.5% back on these cards, depending on which one you have (unless gas stations are a rotating bonus category in a particular quarter).
As part of the limited-time offer, cardholders can also earn the following bonus rewards when using the Shop Through Chase online bonus mall (accessible via Chase Ultimate Rewards® when you log into your account):
5% back on Overstock.com.
4% back on Athleta and Uniqlo.
3% back on Samsung.
10% off a wide range of gift cards for merchants such as HelloFresh, The Home Depot, and Bath and Body Works when you redeem your points through Chase Ultimate Rewards®.
In addition to the monthlong offers, the qualifying Chase cards will continue to earn their regular ongoing rewards.
