The Marriott Bonvoy Boundless® Credit Card
What’s changing
The Marriott Bonvoy Boundless® Credit Card will offer this bonus for new cardholders: Earn 3 Free Night Awards (each night valued up to 50,000 points) after spending $3,000 on purchases in your first 3 months from account opening with the Marriott Bonvoy Boundless® Credit Card!
Previously, the card’s bonus was phrased this way: “Earn 3 Free Nights (each night valued up to 50,000 points) after spending $3,000 on purchases in your first 3 months from account opening + 10X total points per $1 spent on up to $2,500 in combined purchases at gas stations, restaurants, and grocery stores within 6 months from account opening with the Marriott Bonvoy Boundless™ Credit Card.”
What’s staying the same
The annual fee remains $95. You’ll also earn:
Up to 17 total points for every $1 spent at participating Marriott Bonvoy hotels. That’s a combination of 6 points per $1 spent with the card; up to 10 points per $1 for being a Marriott Bonvoy member; and 1 point per $1 for having Silver Elite Status.
2 points per $1 spent on all other purchases, including travel.
A free anniversary night, valued up to 35,000 points, every year.
The Marriott Bonvoy Bold® Credit Card
What’s changing
The Marriott Bonvoy Bold® Credit Card will offer this bonus: Earn 30,000 Bonus Points after spending $1,000 on purchases in your first 3 months from account opening with the Marriott Bonvoy Bold® Credit Card. Previously, the card offered 30,000 points after you spend $1,000 in the first 3 months.
What’s staying the same
The annual fee is still $0. You’ll earn these ongoing rewards:
Up to 14 points per $1 spent at participating Marriott Bonvoy hotels. That’s a combination of 3 points per $1 spent with the card; up to 10 points per $1 for being a Marriott Bonvoy member; and 1 point per $1 for having Silver Elite Status.
2 points per $1 on other travel purchases.
1 point per $1 on everything else.
Marriott Bonvoy Brilliant® American Express® Card
What’s changing
The Marriott Bonvoy Brilliant® American Express® Card will offer this bonus to new cardholders: Earn 185,000 Marriott Bonvoy bonus points after you use your new Card to make $6,000 in purchases within the first 6 months of Card Membership. Terms Apply. Notably, the Free Night Award you'll earn as part of this offer is worth up to 85,000 points.
Previous new cardholders were offered 75,000 Marriott Bonvoy bonus points after using the card to make $3,000 in purchases within the first 3 months. Plus, up to $200 in statement credits for eligible purchases at U.S. restaurants within the first 6 months.
What’s staying the same
The card still carries a premium annual fee of $650. It earns these rewards on an ongoing basis:
Earn 6 points per $1 spent at participating Marriott Bonvoy hotels, 3 points per $1 spent at U.S. restaurants and on flights booked directly with airlines and 2 points per $1 on all other purchases.
Up to $300 in statement credits each year for eligible purchases at Marriott Bonvoy hotels.

What’s changing
New cardholders will earn the following bonus: Earn 3 Free Night Awards after you use your new Card to make $6,000 in eligible purchases within the first 6 months of Card Membership. Each Free Night Award has a redemption level up to 50,000 Marriott Bonvoy® points, for a total potential value of up to 150,000 points, at hotels participating in Marriott Bonvoy®. Certain hotels have resort fees. Terms apply. The previous offer gave new cardholders the chance to earn 75,000 bonus Marriott Bonvoy points after using the card to make $3,000 of eligible purchases within the first 3 months of card membership. Plus, up to $150 back in statement credits on eligible purchases in that initial time frame.

The $125-annual fee remains the same, as well as the card's earnings and benefits:
6x points at hotels participating in the Marriott Bonvoy™ program, 4x points at U.S. restaurants, at U.S. gas stations, on wireless telephone services purchased directly from U.S. service providers and on U.S. purchases for shipping and 2x points on all other eligible purchases.
