The name and terms of the WWE credit card have changed since the card was first announced in 2021, so the information below is out of date. We are working on a update.
If you’re a WWE super fan, this new credit card offer could be a powerslam for your wallet.
Credit One Bank has partnered with the WWE to launch the Champion Credit Card. It offers:
3% cash back on eligible cable, internet, satellite TV and mobile phone services.
2% cash back on eligible dining purchases.
1% cash back on all other purchases.
There’s also potential to earn up to 10% cash back from participating merchants through the More Rewards Program. Plus, cardholders can get access to special WWE promotions.
You’ll pay a $49 annual fee for the privilege of carrying the card.
Is it a good deal?
WWE enthusiasts will get a kick out of sporting this logo-emblazoned card in their wallet, but unless they find great value from the special WWE promotions, another card is likely a better choice.
Credit One Bank credit cards are known for being confusing and laden with fees. You also have to prequalify in order to learn the exact fees, rates and rewards structure of the card you'll be applying for. Once you see those terms, you can then decide whether to apply and incur the hard inquiry.
If you’re approved, you won’t want to carry a balance on the WWE Champion Credit Card: it has a 23.99% APR.
In contrast, the Capital One SavorOne Cash Rewards Credit Card earns 3% cash back on dining, entertainment, popular streaming services and at grocery stores, plus 1% on other purchases. It has a $0 annual fee.
