Palantir is a data analytics software company with three main products: Gotham, which helps users identify patterns within datasets; Foundry, which serves as a central operating system for data; and Apollo, which lets customers deploy software in any environment (such as cloud-based or on-premise systems). The company is currently headquartered in Denver, after moving from Palo Alto, California, in 2020. Palantir reported full-year revenue of $1.54 billion in 2021, marking a year-over-year increase of 41%. However, after including the cost of its stock-based compensation, Palantir didn't turn a profit — something it has yet to do since its founding in 2003.
