Benefits unique to the Marriott Bonvoy Bountiful™ Card and Marriott Bonvoy Bevy™ American Express® Card
Bonus points on restaurants and U.S. supermarkets
These cards earn more bonus points on restaurants and U.S. supermarkets than the more expensive Marriott Bonvoy Brilliant® American Express® Card, so it might be more beneficial for people who want to earn Marriott points on non-travel purchases. The two mid-tier Marriott cards earn 4x points on restaurants and U.S. supermarkets (on up to $15,000 in combined purchases at restaurants and U.S. supermarkets per calendar year, then 2X points).
1K bonus points per stay
The Marriott Bonvoy Bevy™ American Express® Card earns 6 points per $1 and provides 1,000 bonus points on each paid stay. Keep in mind that NerdWallet values Marriott points at 0.9 cent each, so this benefit is only worth about $9 of Marriott points per stay.
