Was once the best
Once upon a time the best financial institution for personal banking. No more. The customer service and follow through on assistance are horrible. Too many employees who do not know what to do except read a script or spout memorized phrases. Too, too bad. So much potential

I switched to this bank in hopes their online banking experience would make more sense than my last. It's worse. Once you send an online bill of any kind, it never subtracts that amount from your available balance. So you think you have way more money in the account than you actually do. When I finally got to talk with someone about this, I was told there was a 3rd party company handling bill pay and there's nothing they can do. Such a basic and necessary feature. Now I have to switch banks again!
