Service sucks.....
can not talk to anyone their. cant understand them. Paid off call loan electronically. my bank got a "received funds" from Ally on the 9th. Ally said they could not release the title for 10 to 15 working days.... these days everything is done on line. all Ally had to do was click one button to DMV and the title would be there... Because their not getting anymore money, they take their sweet time doing what they want... Try to call them and they put someone you cant understand to talk AT you. never will bank here again.... NO Offices or branches for you to talk to in person.

Don't Bother with Ally
I tried to open up a savings account with Ally Bank 5 days ago. In this day and age, it should have been a relatively quick and easy things to do online. It wasn't> I filled out all their online forms, and it has taken them 5 days to get back to me. They said I had to call in (seriously) to talk to a rep. I did, and I couldn't understand this woman, at all. I emailed them and told them to forget it. I don't care how much interest they pay - if this is how they operate I'll put my money in another bank.
