Absolutely Terrible
App doesnt work 50% of the time. Somehow got locked out my debit card. Took 40 minutes and two customer service reps to change my pin. When I asked why they couldn't answer. Annoying fraud alerts block transactions that are well within my spending limits and habits. Various instances of different customer service reps providing incorrect and completely contradictory answers to my questions. When I requested supervisor was told I would be called back in 48 to 72 hours. When I asked what would happen to customer service rep who misinformed me, was told that is confidential to Citibank.

Absolutely the worst Bank ever
Very bad customer service or actually there's none. I opened my account more than three months ago and still they haven't deposited the "cash Bonus" that I'm entitled to according to the offer that says the money will be deposited 60 days after account open with minimum funds maintained which I have over the requirement. so I recommend everyone not to waste their time and run don't just walk from them.
