Very bad bank
All the service are horrible and terrible customer services. When you ask for a loan they don’t know to pre-qualify. Bad bank.

1/20/19 Every bad review you read here is true. Customer service is bad. It is near impossible to reach an individual branch. They make you dial into a call center. The people I met at the branch were nice but Suncoast (employees admitted) has a new system and there are lots of bugs in it. They are not customer friendly like a typical bank. It felt we were just a number to Suncoast. Our limited experience trying to open an account was a fiasco. We were trying to invest a sizeable amount of money with Suncoast. They said they had to pull our credit report for us to give them money etc... I asked them about their 69 complaints with the BBB and the numerous negative reviews pasted all over the internet. Their employees didn't have an answer. Run, run, run away from Suncoast.
