As expected with Black Friday, some of the better deals are home appliances and tech gadgets. If you’ve got your eye on something with a heftier price tag, you might want to protect your purchase by paying with the right credit card. Some credit cards will pay you the difference if you find a lower price later, extend the product warranty, or protect against loss or damage.

Dell 2015 Black Friday deals

In 2015, Dell advertised “the lowest prices ever” for its doorbusters, which rolled out at 6 p.m. on Thanksgiving. The electronic retailer’s online exclusives were released in intervals, which meant that shoppers had to make careful to take note of products’ time restrictions. Here’s a look at last year’s deals:

  • $149.99 for the Inspiron 14 3000 Series Intel laptop ($299.99 market value).
  • $799.99 for the Vizio 60-inch 4K Ultra HDTV M60-C3 with free HDMI cable ($1,499.99 market value).
  • Up to 50% off PCs.

Dell also offered free shipping on everything on its website.
