Sports Authority Black Friday 2015
Sporting a 6 p.m. Thanksgiving Day opening time, Sports Authority stores exercise their right to welcome early holiday shoppers in style. The first 80 people in line at Sports Authority stores on Thanksgiving will receive a $15 Sports Authority gift card, which can be used right away. On top of that, anyone with a copy of the coupon from the front page of Sports Authority’s 24-page 2015 Black Friday ad can get an additional $15 Sports Authority cash card, one that can only be used on a future visit. Still, that’s $30 in free Sports Authority merchandise before you’ve even walked through the door. That door at Sports Authority also opens at 6 a.m. on Black Friday for Day 2 of the retailer’s three-day sale through Saturday. The savings are legit and the deals are far too numerous to list, but here a few notable standouts:
- Fitbit, Garmin and Jawbone high-end fitness bands and watches at up to $80 off
- Treadmills heavily discounted at $300-$1,600 off, featuring trusted brands like ProForm, FreeMotion and Schwinn
- Nike shoes, plus men’s, women’s and kids apparel 25% off (some restrictions apply)
- Asics running shoes for $40-$70 off
- Ski jackets for 50% off, plus oodles of buy-one-get-one-free deals on hats, gloves, mittens and base-layer attire
- Alpine Design winter boots up to 40% off
- All Diamondback bicycles 25% off
- North Face jackets up to $70 off
While the Sports Authority Black Friday ad is packed with dozens of deals for the skier, camper, jogger, hunter, Fitbitter or any other sports-inclined person on your list, it bears mentioning that some of these deals are for Thursday and Friday doorbusters only and others are on special for Thursday, Friday and Saturday. A careful read of the Sports Authority ad will clarify the sales deadlines, plus give you a few more “bonus cash card” deals of up to $25 for certain labels like the North Face and Columbia.
