If you dine out and travel often, the Associated Bank American Express® Premier Rewards Credit Card offers an impressive number of points per dollar spent at restaurants and on airline purchases.
The card does have an annual fee of $0 the first year, then $99. Plus, it faces fierce competition from other cards that focus on restaurant spending, and it doesn't receive the fanfare of some of those options — many of which are offered by larger banks with locations nationwide.
But it does offer a straightforward and flexible rewards program.
