One of our favorite travel cards on the market, the Chase Sapphire Preferred® Card offers 2X points on travel and dining at restaurants and 1 point on every $1 spent on everything else. It also has a signup bonus worth telling your friends about: Earn 60,000 bonus points after you spend $4,000 on purchases in the first 3 months from account opening. That's $750 toward travel when you redeem through Chase Ultimate Rewards®.
Points are best used for travel — either through the Chase Ultimate Rewards site at a rate of 1.25 cents per point, or transferred to one of Chase's travel partner programs at a rate of 1.25 to 5 cents per point.
The Chase Sapphire Preferred® Card has an $95, and no foreign transaction fees.
