No customer service without long delays
I have been a long time card holder with nocomplaints....until recently.
Within the last year BOA has really scaled down customerservice.
Just calling them and trying to talk to a human being isnothing short of brutal.
They have done away with bill-pay that was extremely convenientto take care of all utility and other bills apparently to save money so you nolonger can earn cash back on bill pay FYI.
That also required me to change all that information over toanother service which has been time consuming to re-establish elsewhere.
I have also had my card canceled due to security issues atleast twice with the most recent causing me to be on the phone for over 45minutes due to the lack of customer service.
Sorry, cannot recommend and suggest you look elsewhere formore service oriented cards.
