Brutal Credit Analyst
Stopped using them several months ago after speaking with a credit analyst who could hear but did not listen. Was refused a credit line increase request (simply trying to increase my credit score as a result of same) and without getting into the sordid details, let’s simply say their performance opened my eyes and allowed me to apply for and receive a far superior rewards card as well as a better banking institution. Their poor handling of my simple request cost them a customer. I should also add that I emptied my online savings account with them and also found a more viable option. I’m quite certain their know-it-all credit analyst could care less.
Maybe someday he will learn to ‘listen’ instead of simply ‘hear’.
