I have really 2 questions.

  1. How do I refresh accounts manually?
  2. Is there a way to see total of Banking + Credit cards + Investments?

Welcome to our community @Hari - we’re so happy to have you and happy to help address your questions!

  1. Accounts currently update on a daily basis, but can also be manually refreshed through our mobile app (note that it’s not yet possible to do via desktop) by taking these steps:

    • Open up all of your connected accounts by hitting the more, followed by the accounts tab within the app.
    • Locate and click on the account you’re looking to refresh.
    • Hit the little rotating arrow button below the account name to initiate a manual refresh.

Give this a whirl and let us know if you run into any trouble!

  1. It sounds like you’re asking if there’s a way to see your overall monthly spending. Is that right?
If so, the profile tab of the app will provide a snapshot, and clicking in the spending category should offer more granular details.

If this doesn’t quite answer your question, please let us know!

If you’re still seeing outdated transactions after refreshing the account, the next thing I’d suggest trying is unlinking, then relinking that account. You can do this by visiting the Accounts page and clicking that little blue “Unlink” button under the account name.

All of your recent transaction history should still appear once you re-link the account.

Can you give that a shot and let us know if it works? :crossed_fingers: If not, it’d be helpful to know which bank you’re having this issue with.
