I twice requested that Beverly Radiology bill my insurance in two different letters providing them with my insurance card so I would know what my portion was. They are an in-network provider for Aetna PPO. The last letter I wrote was on December 7, 2014. I did not get a final attempt to collect and they did not bill my insurance. I just got a collection letter in the mail. I just need to know what my portion is after the negotiated rate with Aetna.

Since Beverly Radiology did not send you a bill you can reach out to Aetna and ask them what your liability is and request that they send you an EOB which will show you what the provider billed to the insurance company, Aetna’s allowed amount, write off amount and what your liability is.
Hope this helps!
