hospital asking for your bill to be corrected. You can contact the
billing office at the hospital to find out where your dispute letter should be
sent. I recommend including the names and dates of the people you contacted at
the hospital when you tried to resolve this error. Additionally, if you have insurance you can also ask your insurance company for assistance with getting this bill corrected.
