I have tried numerous times trying to sync my bank it is one the list and I have tried both of the names that are showing. I input my username and password and security password and then it says it can not sync.

Be sure to let us know the name of the bank from which you’re trying to connect the account, along with any specific error messages you’re receiving. A screenshot of what you’re seeing can be helpful as well.
