No, you do not pay more in taxes as your tax liability is based upon your income. If you are asking about your net "take home" pay, any difference would be negligible as the tax withholding tables on which your withholding is based take into account the differences between how a person gets paid; weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, monthly, etc and the withheld tax amount are adjusted accordingly.

If you get paid bimonthly 1/26 of your annual tax withholding will be withheld 26 times.

If you get paid monthly 1/12 of your annual tax withholding will be withheld 12 times.
