I have read the reviews here, and honestly all the complaints are from “Anonymous” people whom most likely are not legit customers.
I am a current customer, and have been since 2012. The only issue I have is the regular checking doesn’t offer free check “Books”. I can get individual checks for free from my branch at any time. Just not the books you normally get. I don’t mind this as I rarely ever write checks anyways.
Their website is easy to use. I don’t understand the issue here with people. So is the App. I make mobile deposits regularly at LEAST once a month. On average 4x.
All the complaints I have seen prior to Feb, 11, 2017 are from people whom have failed to manage their own money in their own accounts or made a mistake and don’t want to pay their over draft fee, or their maintenance fee when they let their account slip under the minimum. This isn’t the banks fault but their own. Oh or they didn’t get a text message for blah blah service.
Tell you what, I am a HUGE reviewer on businesses and I am VERY picky who I bank with and where my investments are at. I wouldn’t be here if I didn’t like TD Bank.
Furthermore it’s one of the best 2 bank/credit unions out there that I appreciate thoroughly for being close to what I once had with WaMu.
Is your bank dog friendly? Is your bank open on Sunday? Does your bank phone service have this annoying automotive robot long list of options when all you want is a human being? You complain about your fees… Well treat your money with more care and be less careless with it and you wont have to take time to go to the bank and ask for a refund.
