Banking services not up to date

I can’t even pay bills with ACH with this bank. They charge me late fees even when my bank sends checks a day early. If this company would accept ach payments they would probably have more customer service time to help customers with real issues and concerns.

Ridiculous bank

I’m not surprised to see many others have the same complaints that I do. I opened an account online because of a promo that can only be redeemed online. As a result, I was met with constant issues (except for when I was funding the account–of course they have no problem taking your money, but god forbid you need online banking to check your balance). The phone time has never been less than 20 mins each time I’ve called, and each time the representative has said there’s nothing they can do. So I go to the branch and the teller can’t help me, okay fine. The banker emphatically and unapologetically says I’ll just have to wait and she’s “going to be a WHILE”. All I need them to do is call and say I verified my identity and have the hold taken off. Okay so at this point I want to close my account–so the teller takes it upon herself to call to at least attempt to fix the issue. She’s the only good employee I encountered this entire time.

The worse expirience you can have with a bank

Always holds your deposits and takes forever to make your money available into your account. The worse customer service waiting time is always 20 to 30+ minutes and have to beg for them to make your funds available.

Worse waiting time to talk to customer service. Holds your funds as longest they can for any check deposits and specially if you deposit large amounts.

The worst bank experience you can expect

This bank offers the worst customer service ever. You enter the bank to solve an issue, or to be informed about any specific service that bank can offer you, the look the bankers give to you is like “what the hell are you people doing here ” like you are disturbing them not like you are there to do business. They don’t pay attention to you at all. There are very high fees. The online app is just to show you the balance, for every other action is useless. The policy the bank has is just to rip your money off not supportive at all. If you can choose a nother bank, do it, don’t lose your time and money in this place. I am still a customer but I am looking forward to move away.

Worst bank ever.

One of the worst banks in the nation my wife got all her savings and checking wiped out and when we try to take care off it the bank makes it seem like it was our fault and denied her to get her money back we even when to make a police report and they still denied her of her money. The fraud department is thee worst and most disrespectful people in the nation. They don’t try to help you they make it seem like we where the ones doing all the fraud and never had any sympathy of our situation. All this happened a week before Christmas and then after a week we still did not have any money back or even part if it even with a police report on file. Every time we speak to someone it’s a different answer to the same questions we asked. They gave us at least five different answers about our money till someone told us that our request to get OUR money back was denied. They are the most INCONVENIENCE BANK IN THE NATION. Now we have to seek legal action against them.

on hold forever, close my account

Locked out of my online account, not sure why. Have tried for 4 days to get customer service on phone–wait time always 15 or 20 minutesl–time to get another bank, although local branch people were nice.

SOLD MY CAMPER BUYER PAYED BY CASHIER CHECK FROM ANOTHER BANK IN YORK SC ONE WEEK AGO, MY FUNDS HAVE NOT TRANSFERRED TO MY BANK YET. CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS TD BANK IN YORK IS HORRIBLE.

Not happy with their service.

Well i had a td rrsp account for three years. For some reason ( service and policy not satisfied ) i switched my all account and investments to another bank…i had a rrsp with TD and RBC both and same day i requested for rrsp transfer ( td fee 75 and rbc 50) within a month rbc transfer my rrsp to my bank and td still holding my rrsp. myself and my rep called them many times but result is none…so according to my experience td is good only on front desk serving with smiley face and good for chequing account …no more than that for other service i dont trust them worst bank.

So many fees and the customer service person was SO rude when I called them about it. I am closing my account.

It becomes scary to bank with them - too many tech problems

TD is a third world bank now. All the time they have technical problems either online or in the branches. Probably it’s time to move on to another bank.

HORRIBLE BANK

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WAITED OVER 30 MIN TO TALK TO SOME ONE AND THEY SAID THEY CANT ANSWER MY QUESTION BECAUSE THEY DONT SEE MY WIFE’S NAME ON THE ACCOUNT FOR VERIFICATION. MY WIFE SIGNED 5 PAGES OF DOCUMENTS WITH ME WHEN I OPENED THE ACCOUNT.

The worst damn bank ever how do you hold a person’s payroll check for was because I’m a new customer this bank needs to be shut down.

This bank has been the bank from hell rude customer service the tellers are awful the bank management need to be slapped in the face dirty prejudice bank Black people don’t go in there.

Horrible bank!

Horrible customer service. They messed up my account really bad. I asked to put a stop payment and they said that was done but guess what? They did not stop the payment! And I called to complain the only thing I got it was, sorry somebody messed up and it’s nothing what we can do now. Have a good day. Really you charged $30 to put a stop payment! Owned TD you are really a bad bank with horrible and inexperienced works!

OMG! They are bad!

Had problems with my account because after I put a stop payment they did not follow through. Waisted another 1 1/2 on phone to ask why and file a claim to get my money back they screwed up again! Now they cancel my card because they thought that was a fraud! I had enough of poor customer service!

Really bad bank! Nobody knows what they are doing! After 20 years it’s time to move on.
