The worst bank experience you can expect
This bank offers the worst customer service ever. You enter the bank to solve an issue, or to be informed about any specific service that bank can offer you, the look the bankers give to you is like “what the hell are you people doing here ” like you are disturbing them not like you are there to do business. They don’t pay attention to you at all. There are very high fees. The online app is just to show you the balance, for every other action is useless. The policy the bank has is just to rip your money off not supportive at all. If you can choose a nother bank, do it, don’t lose your time and money in this place. I am still a customer but I am looking forward to move away.
