Poor Customer Service/ Business Managment
I am currently a client with US Bank for our home mortgage. US Bank Mortgage a poorly run business. My husband and I are not impressed at all with their overall customer service and business efforts. We are first time homebuyers and this process with US Bank has been a nightmare since the beginning.
I was hopeful that our experience with US Bank mortgage would be the easiest part of being a homebuyer. Yet, with US Bank, it has been quite the opposite. They have not been helpful what-so-ever since our mortgage was transferred to their service. US Bank does the bear minimum or lack-there-of. Instead of providing an acceptable level of customer, service for any inquiry to US Bank they respond with a subpar or better-said atrocious communication to their clients. As though US Bank cannot be bothered with the client’s problem.
I can state that if you choose to go with US Bank do not wait for them to communicate with you regarding any aspect of your account. It will have to be on you to communicate with them regarding any questions/ inquiry, etc. In addition, if you are lucky to get through to a member of their company (Customer Service department), do not expect much except a on-going run-around. (Also, watch for random additional fees, which they do not disclose, usually listed as “other” payment.)
It is disgusting to see this type of customer negligence from a large company such as US Bank when we are the clients providing our hard earned money (payment). Be careful before you agree to do business with this company. They are not worth the aggravation.
