Who I Help

I specialize in helping people with $500,000 to $5,000,000 make important financial decisions regarding retirement.  I take particular satisfaction in helping unmarried women, people facing retirement decisions, and those already retired.

Why I Help

In 1997, after a brief battle with cancer, my father passed away. I suddenly found myself helping my mother with insurance, investments, attorneys, CPAs, and more, because my father was the one in charge of these things for the family.

I choose clients because I want to have a meaningful and direct impact on their lives. I work a lot with unmarried women to help them in similar ways to what I accomplished for my mother.

The Cost

III Financial uses a flat rate annual retainer based on the complexity of your financial situation and the value delivered. The retainer is deducted quarterly from an eligible investment account.

In most situations, the flat rate works out to approximately 0.40%-0.60% of your total asset value, so someone with $1,000,000 of assets would likely pay in the range of $1000-$1500 per quarter; with $2,000,000 the fee would likely fall in the range of $2000-$3000 per quarter, and so on, based on the relative complexity of your situation.

This fee includes all financial planning and investment advice! No hidden fees, no surprises, no hourly charges.

The difference between a typical 1% advisory fee and the III Financial flat retainer fee can add up to a significant difference over several years. For a $2,000,000 portfolio you would forgo an additional $2 million in profits at the end of 20 years when paying the 1% advisory fee!
