The company has several locations throughout Northern Ireland and aims to be a reliable source of simple and affordable insurance products.
Hughes Insurance offers the three levels of car cover: third party only; third party, fire and theft; and comprehensive cover. These policies have a range of additional features available, according to certain terms, which may include: breakdown assistance, puncture assistance, lost keys assistance, and motor legal protection. The more comprehensive policies may also offer in-car entertainment cover, windscreen cover, personal belongings cover, and new car replacement. Drivers can choose the level of cover that best fits their needs and requirements.
Hughes Insurance also offers a telematics car insurance policy, called HughesDrive, for younger and more inexperienced drivers. It aims to offer this group more affordable cover by monitoring and assessing the safety of their driving habits. HughesDrive customers can also benefit from the features included in a standard Hughes car insurance policy.
