Mercedes-Benz Car Insurance

Mercedes-Benz was created in Germany in 1926 when two competing automotive manufacturers- DMG and Benz & Cie.- merged to form one company. Although Mercedes-Benz is most famous as a vehicle manufacturer, it also offers car insurance to drivers. Mercedes-Benz Insurance is a trading name of Daimler Insurance Services which is based in Tongwell, Milton Keynes. It aims to offer drivers a personalised insurance policy that is tailored to their individual needs and requirements.

Drivers can purchase comprehensive car insurance policies from Mercedes-Benz which include a range of features. Customers who take out cover with Mercedes-Benz could benefit from features including windscreen cover, personal accident benefit, personal belongings cover, use of a courtesy car, and certain European cover. Drivers may also have a choice of varying levels of breakdown assistance incorporated within their policy, or available as an additional extra. These features would all be subject certain terms and conditions which would be detailed in the policy documents. Drivers who want extra protection for their vehicle may also have the option to take out additional cover alongside their policy. They may be able to purchase tyre and alloy insurance, minor damage insurance, and GAP insurance.

The excess customers would have to pay for their insurance policy varies depending on the vehicle and the profile of the driver.

Customers have the option of paying for their policy in full or across a set of monthly payments. Any drivers who need to make a claim can call the claims line, which is open 24 hours a day.
