H&R Bike Insurance

H&R Insurance is an independent broker, located in Aberdeen, that was founded back in 1972. It particularly specialises in providing motorcycle insurance, but does also offer policies for cars, homes, buildings, businesses, taxis and other commercial vehicles. The Scottish broker compares policies from insurers like AXA, Aviva, Ageas, Highway, Zenith, KGM, and Europa, aiming to find riders the cover they need at a fair price. H&R Insurance claim to have access to some exclusive schemes with their insurers, which they use to try to give their customers the protection they require.

H&R Insurance offers third party only; third party, fire and theft; and comprehensive cover, depending on the needs and budget of each individual. These give the rider different levels of protection, ranging from the legal minimum to full cover for any accidental damage made to the vehicle. The more comprehensive policies may also come with additional features such as new motorcycle replacement cover, key cover, cover to ride other bikes, medical expenses, and foreign use cover, subject to certain terms and dependent on which insurer provides the policy. If policyholders want further protection, they can purchase some extra insurance, including breakdown cover, legal expenses cover, and excess protection.

A range of bikes can be accommodated by H&R Insurance, whether they’re scooters, tourers, Q-plated, a classic model, or have modifications.

H&R Insurance also offers a multi-bike policy which can insure up to 4 bikes on one policy. The bikes don’t have to be the same model or brand, and insuring them under one policy can help you to cut costs.
