Cons
This card is one of the best out there for college student rewards. It earns a full 5% cash back in a list of rotating categories and 1% elsewhere, up to $300 earned in cash back per year. That's one of the highest rewards rates among student cards. Plus, the annual fee is $0*.
While the Citi® Dividend® Card for College Students is good for students who fit the bonus categories, it's not ideal for everyone. If you're studying abroad, you'll want to look for a card with no foreign transaction fee and chip capability. Check out our piece on best credit cards for studying abroad.
