NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A purchase will not improve an individual’s chances of winning. The Promotion is void where prohibited by law.
ELIGIBILITY:
The Promotion is only open to participants who have reached the age of majority (18 years old or older) in their state of residence at the time of entry. To enter, you will need to have a registered NerdWallet account. Employees of NerdWallet, Inc. ("Sponsor") and the Pennsylvania Professional Soccer LLC, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter.
HOW TO ENTER:
The Promotion begins on May 13th, 2025, at 12:00 PM Eastern Time and ends on May 30th, 2025, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time ("Promotion Period"). To enter the sweepstakes, during the promotion period, you must submit a form via the NerdWallet Sweepstakes landing page and complete the entry form to receive one (1) Sweepstakes Entry. Limit one (1) Sweepstakes Entry per person.
To enter without visiting the website, mail your entry, full name, address, email, and phone number to NerdWallet, Inc., 4150 N Drinkwater Blvd, Suite 200, Scottsdale AZ 85251. Mail-in entries must be received by June 6th, 2025.
RANDOM DRAWING, ODDS OF WINNING AND NOTIFICATION:
Winners will be selected by a random draw from all eligible entries on May 30th 2025. One (1) potential winner will be chosen, and all prizes will be awarded. The winner will be notified by email directly from the Philadelphia Union within 24 hours from the drawing date. The winner will also be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and an acknowledgment of taxation/value of the prize form. In the event of non-compliance with any applicable requirement, or if a winner cannot be contacted or is deemed ineligible, the Prize will be automatically forfeit, and an alternate entrant will be selected by random drawing. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES:
The single potential winner (and their plus 1) will receive the following Prize bundle:
• 2 round trip flights
• Hotel room for 4 days and 3 nights

• 2 tickets to Philadelphia Union VIP Weekend at Nashville (the Prize)
Approximate Retail Value - $3,598 for the entire package.
The Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash, and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated Prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.

GENERAL RULES AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:
The winner may make no substitution or transfer of prizes. All federal, state, and local taxes and other associated costs are the responsibility of each winner.. Except where prohibited by law, winner(s) agrees to the use of their name, likeness, and city/state by Sponsor for promotional purposes without additional compensation. By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and agree to release Sponsor and Pennsylvania Professional Soccer LLC, and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, divisions, members, teams, affiliated leagues from any liability related to the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, be in violation of the Terms of Use of the websites, or be acting in violation of these Official Rules. The sponsor may prosecute any fraudulent activities to the fullest extent of the law. Sponsor, its agents, and employees assume no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, damaged, postage due, or illegible entries; or for any computer, telephone, cable, satellite, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, garbled or jumbled transmissions, service provider/Internet/web site/use net accessibility or availability, traffic congestion or unauthorized human intervention. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed, or online entry methods will void all such entries affected by such methods. If, for any reason, the online portion of the Promotion is compromised because of tampering, technical failure, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, modify, or suspend the online portion of the Promotion and select a winner from all eligible mail-in and online entries received before and/or after (if any) the action taken by the sponsor. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, by notice posted at the participating entry locations.
