NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A purchase will not improve an individual’s chances of winning. The Promotion is void where prohibited by law.
ELIGIBILITY:
The Promotion is only open to participants who have reached the age of majority (18 years old or older) in their state of residence at the time of entry. You will need to have a registered NerdWallet account to enter. Employees of NerdWallet, Inc. (“Sponsor”) and the Pennsylvania Professional Soccer LLC, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter.
HOW TO ENTER:
The Promotion begins on August 1, 2023 at 12:00 PM Eastern Time and ends on September 20, 2023 at 11:59 PM, Eastern Time (“Promotion Period”). To enter the sweepstakes, during the promotion period, you must register for a NerdWallet account via the NerdWallet Sweepstakes landing page and complete the entry form to receive one (1) Sweepstakes Entry. Limit one (1) Sweepstakes Entry per person.
RANDOM DRAWING, ODDS OF WINNING AND NOTIFICATION:
Winners will be selected by two random drawings from all eligible entries, the first on or about August 22, 2023 and the second on or about September 22, 2023. Eight (8) potential winners will be selected during each drawing period for a total of Sixteen (16) winners. Non-winning entries from the first drawing period will be automatically included in the second drawing period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. All prizes will be awarded. Winner will be notified by email, directly from the Philadelphia Union, within 24 hours from the drawing date. Winner will also be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and an acknowledgement of taxation/value of prize form. In the event of non-compliance with any applicable requirement, or if a winner cannot be contacted or is deemed ineligible, the prize will be automatically forfeit and an alternate entrant will be selected by random drawing.
PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES:
Each potential winner will receive the following prize: 4 tickets to Philadelphia Union Watch Party at Team Facility (the Prize). Approximate Retail Value - $100.
The Prize is a watch party event hosted by the Philadelphia Union at their team facilities and is not a live game event. The Prize is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.

Information collected from entrants in this Sweepstakes is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
GENERAL RULES AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:
Winner may make no substitution or transfer of prizes. All federal, state, and local taxes and other associated costs are the responsibility of each winner. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its agencies to use the winner’s name and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules, and agree to release Sponsor and Pennsylvania Professional Soccer LLC, and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, divisions, members, teams, affiliated leagues from any liability related to the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, to be in violation of the Terms of Use of the web sites, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules. Sponsor may prosecute any fraudulent activities to the full extent of the law. Sponsor, its agents and employees assume no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, damaged, postage due, or illegible entries; or for any computer, telephone, cable, satellite, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, garbled or jumbled transmissions, service provider/Internet/web site/use net accessibility or availability, traffic congestion or unauthorized human intervention. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like on-line entry methods will void all such entries affected by such methods. If, for any reason, the on-line portion of the Promotion is compromised by reason of tampering or technical failure, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, modify or suspend the on-line portion of the Promotion and select a winner from all eligible mail-in and on-line entries received prior to and/or after (if any) the action taken by Sponsor. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, by notice posted at the participating entry locations.
