Mastercard Adds Instacart, Peacock Perks for Eligible Cardholders

Mastercard periodically pairs with other brands, such as Lyft, DoorDash, Fandango and more, to offer deals to cardholders. As of Oct. 1, 2023, eligible World Mastercard and World Elite Mastercard holders can access discounts on Instacart grocery delivery and the Peacock Premium streaming service through March 31, 2025.
Instacart+ membership and monthly discount
The Instacart benefit includes a two-month free trial of an Instacart+ membership, but it’s only for new sign-ups, not existing members. Instacart+ members get unlimited free delivery on orders over $35, a 5% credit back on eligible pickup orders (exceptions include alcohol and prescriptions) and lower service fees. In addition to the free membership trial, you’ll also get $10 off your second eligible Instacart purchase each month through March 31, 2025. Instacart+ ordinarily costs $9.99 per month or $99 for a year.
Statement credits for Peacock subscription
Get a $3 monthly statement credit for Peacock Premium, or a $5 statement credit for Peacock Premium Plus, if you use your eligible World Mastercard or World Elite Mastercard to pay for a new subscription through March 31, 2025. Current Peacock Premium or Peacock Premium Plus members aren’t eligible. Peacock Premium costs $5.99 per month, while Premium Plus ditches the ads and throws in a few other features for $11.99 per month.
