NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A purchase will not improve an individual’s chances of winning. The Promotion is void where prohibited by law. The Promotion is sponsored and administered exclusively by NerdWallet.
ELIGIBILITY:
The Promotion is only open to legal residents of the state of Colorado who have reached the age of majority (18 years old or older) in their state of residence at the time of entry. You will need to have a registered NerdWallet account to enter. Employees of NerdWallet, Inc. and The Denver Nuggets Limited Partnership, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter.
HOW TO ENTER:
The Promotion begins on December 21, 2023 at 8:00 AM Mountain Time and ends on February 18, at 11:59 PM, Mountain Time (“Promotion Period”). To enter the sweepstakes, during the promotion period, you must register for a NerdWallet account via the NerdWallet Sweepstakes landing page and complete the entry form to receive one (1) Sweepstakes Entry. Limit one (1) entry per person.
RANDOM DRAWING, ODDS OF WINNING AND NOTIFICATION:
One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing on or about January 22, 2023 from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. All prizes will be awarded. Winner will be notified by email, directly from NerdWallet, within 24 hours from the drawing date. Winner will also be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and an acknowledgement of taxation/value of prize form. In the event of non compliance with any applicable requirement, or if a winner cannot be contacted or is deemed ineligible, the prize will be automatically forfeited and an alternate entrant will be selected by random drawing.
PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES:
The winner will receive one (1) Prize, consisting of the following:
• Two (2) tickets to NBA All Star events in Indianapolis, Indiana, including:
‐ the dunk contest, 3-points contest and the skills challenge on Saturday, February 17, 2024
‐ the NBA All Star game on Sunday, February 18, 2024
• Roundtrip airfare for two (2) from Colorado to Indiana
• Hotel for two in Indianapolis
• Transportation to and from the airport and hotel in Indianapolis
• Approximate Retail Value - $6,000
The Prize is not redeemable for cash. Food, room service and other incidental costs and expenses are not included in the Prize. Travel and hotel accommodations will be arranged by the Denver Nuggets. All costs and expenses associated with any acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including but not limited to transportation costs, parking, food and beverages, souvenirs, gratuities and other expenses incurred by accepting and making use of any Prize, are the sole responsibility of the applicable Winner (and Winner’s guests, as applicable).

GENERAL RULES AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:
Winner may make no substitution or transfer of prizes. All federal, state, and local taxes and other associated costs are the responsibility of each winner. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its agencies to use the winner’s name and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules, and agree to release Sponsor, The Denver Nuggets Limited Partnership, Kroenke Sports & Entertainment, LLC, the National Basketball Association and its member teams, NBA Properties, Inc. and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, divisions, members, teams, and affiliated leagues from any liability related to the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, to be in violation of the Terms of Use of the web sites, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules. Sponsor may prosecute any fraudulent activities to the full extent of the law. Sponsor, its agents and employees assume no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, damaged, postage due, or illegible entries; or for any computer, telephone, cable, satellite, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, garbled or jumbled transmissions, service provider/Internet/ web site/use net accessibility or availability, traffic congestion or unauthorized human intervention. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like on-line entry methods will void all such entries affected by such methods. If, for any reason, the on-line portion of the Promotion is compromised by reason of tampering or technical failure, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, modify or suspend the on-line portion of the Promotion and select a winner from all eligible on-line entries received prior to and/or after (if any) the action taken by Sponsor. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, by notice posted at the participating entry locations.
