NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A purchase will not improve an individual’s chances of winning. The Promotion is void where prohibited by law.
ELIGIBILITY:
The Promotion is only open to legal residents of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the 150-mile radius surrounding the city of Philadelphia who are at least 18 years old in their state of residence at the time of entry. You will need to have a registered NerdWallet account to enter. Employees of NerdWallet, Inc. and the Philadelphia 76ers, L.P , their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter.
HOW TO ENTER:
The Promotion begins on January 16, 2024 at 9:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on March 23, 2024 at 5:00 PM, Eastern Time (“Promotion Period”). To enter the sweepstakes, during the promotion period, you must register for a NerdWallet account via the NerdWallet Sweepstakes landing page and complete the entry form to receive one (1) Sweepstakes Entry.
RANDOM DRAWING, ODDS OF WINNING AND NOTIFICATION:
Five (5) winners will be selected by random drawing on or about the following dates: January 23rd, 2024, February 21st, 2024, March 3rd, 2024, March 15th, 2024 and March 23rd, 2024 from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. All prizes will be awarded. Winner will be notified by email, directly from the Philadelphia 76ers, within 24 hours from the drawing date. Winner will also be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and an acknowledgement of taxation/value of prize form. In the event of non-compliance with any applicable requirement, or if a winner cannot be contacted or is deemed ineligible, the prize will be automatically forfeited and an alternate entrant will be selected by random drawing. Each potential winner is subject to verification by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the sweepstakes. An entrant is not a prize winner unless and until entrant’s eligibility has been verified and entrant has been notified that verification is complete and no further action is needed.
FREE METHOD OF ENTRY:
In addition to entering the Promotion via the above method, entrants may also enter the Promotion by mailing in a 3x5 index card listing the entrant’s first name and last name to:

Index cards must be received by 11:59 pm ET on the day before each date in which a winner is selected and notified.

Winner may make no substitution or transfer of prizes. All federal, state, and local taxes and other associated costs are the responsibility of each winner. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its agencies to use the winner’s name and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules, and agree to release Sponsor and Philadelphia 76ers, L.P, and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, divisions, members, teams, affiliated leagues (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any liability related to the Promotion. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE SPONSOR OR THE RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF PROFITS OR LOSS OF DATA, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED TO YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION OR USE OR INABILITY TO USE ANY EQUIPMENT PROVIDED FOR USE IN THE PROMOTION OR ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF A RELEASED PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE RELEASED PARTIES (JOINTLY) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE ANY EQUIPMENT PROVIDED FOR USE IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY PRIZE EXCEED $10. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like on-line entry methods will void all such entries affected by such methods. If, for any reason, the on-line portion of the Promotion is compromised by reason of tampering or technical failure, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, modify or suspend the on-line portion of the Promotion and select a winner from all eligible mail-in and on-line entries received prior to and/or after (if any) the action taken by Sponsor. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, by notice posted at the participating entry locations.
