What a joke
I recently purchased a car online and credit checks were made to several places including this place. I did not know her the dealership were putting this out to. All said and done I went thru chase and had many others wanting my business. Now 2 weeks after I have vehicle I receive a letter from ally that they turned down my app. Ha ha. The reasoning? 1. Limited history at this phone number...idiots. Its a cell phone. Ever think I have another number. 2. To far distance between address and area code of phone. Huh? ITS A CELLL PHONE. My rating are over 800 in all major credit raters. This is not the kind of place I would ever do business with ever anyways. The rest were lining up for me. Btw, I'm doing this on my CELL PHONE.

Overall Great Bank
I've been with Ally for many years, through home and car purchases, etc... and never had an issue. Their rates are the best, they refund atm fees, just a great experience.
