New member not impressed
I am a new member, I joined about a month ago. My fiance has always used them and loved them. I recently got an auto loan and got a car two days later they said they needed information to prove my military status and address and put a hold on my account. I cannot even log into or use my own account because they need papers? I am not impressed with the service I have received thus far.

Love Navy Federal!!!
Banking relationship for many years. Mortgage, Savings, Checking, CDs, IRAs, cash back credit cards. I try to take advantage of everything that Navy Federal offers - after doing my research. I do have a high credit score and money in the bank, so I expect to receive excellent service. Love the 24/7 customer support and the automated teller which works for me. Thanks Navy Federal!
