The $0-annual-fee BMW Credit Card offers benefits that could come in handy for BMW owners. But it won’t be as rewarding to anyone else.
You’ll earn 3 points per dollar spent at BMW Centers (that’s how BMW refers to its dealerships), and 1 point per dollar on everything else. You can redeem points for things like offsetting the cost of leasing, financing or maintaining your car. A general rewards card can offer more flexibility, both in earning and redeeming.
The card does feature a decent sign-up bonus: Earn 5,000 Bonus BMW Reward Points after you spend $500 in purchases within the first 90 days of account opening. It also offers an intro APR: 0% intro APR on purchases and balance transfers for 12 billing cycles, and then the ongoing APR of 19.99%-28.99% Variable.
