The customer service phone number and social media apps are helpful if you’re trying to reach Air France for a revenue booking, meaning you paid for your reservation with a credit or debit card.

For questions about flights booked with Air France-KLM Flying Blue miles, you’ll have to call a different number.

If you want to book, change or cancel an Air France ticket booked with miles through the Flying Blue loyalty program, dial 1-800-375-8723.

Does Air France offer refunds for canceled flights?

Air France allows refunds on Flex fare types, but nonrefundable tickets, such as those booked into Light and Standard fare classes, aren’t eligible for refunds when you cancel. Additionally, you’ll have to pay a fee to change a Light fare, whereas Standard and Flex fares allow for free changes.

If you purchased your airfare directly through Air France, log in to your Flying Blue account and go to “My Bookings.” Pick the flight you want to cancel or change and follow the instructions. If you’re not sure which fare type you purchased or whether your ticket can be canceled or changed, click on “View ticket conditions” for more information.

If you wish to cancel an award ticket booked with Flying Blue miles, a fee of $53 (50 euros) will be applied. As a reminder, you’ll have to call the Flying Blue line and not the Air France customer service phone number for questions regarding tickets booked with miles.
