What tariffs are available with SmartestEnergy Business?

SmartestEnergy is not one of the UK’s ‘Big Six’ and offers a variety of tariffs specifically for small businesses.

SmartFix (one, two, three, or five years)

This is a fixed tariff. It’s locked in at the same price for the duration of your contract, allowing your business to avoid wholesale energy price hikes.

SmartTracker (three years)

On this tariff, you’ll currently get SmartestEnergy’s lowest prices fixed for the first 12 months. That price is then reviewed year-on-year against wholesale prices, which means the cost of your tariff could fluctuate.

If you find cheaper tariffs elsewhere during your annual market price review, SmartestEnergy will match the price.

SmartPay (one, two, or three years)

With SmartestEnergy’s SmartPay, you’ll currently get fixed prepay prices for up to three years. You can top-up online whenever you like. This tariff may be suitable for hospitality businesses, or any type of business with unpredictable cash flow.

SmartFix Renewable (one, two, three, or five years)

This is a fixed tariff of one, two, three, or five years for renewable electricity only. This option could be suitable if you want your business to reduce its carbon emissions.
