What tariffs are available with NPower business energy?

NPower currently offers a range of three fixed energy contracts to its large business customers, all of which allow you to fix your energy commodity price and decide how you want to pay for the non-commodity elements. The fourth tariff currently allows you to fix your energy unit price at certain times.

Contract lengths are up to five years, and you can choose renewable electricity and carbon off-setting for your gas supply.

Fixed Certainty

Your commodity cost, network charges, environmental charges, transportation charges and metering charges are all fixed, giving you certainty and transparency.

Fixed Commodity

NPower fixes your fuel unit price at the start of the contract, which protects you from fluctuating wholesale costs. However, your non-commodity costs are not fixed, and any changes in price will be passed onto you.

Fixed Choice

Your fuel unit price is fixed for electricity, and you can choose which of your non-commodity prices to fix, which gives you some flexibility.

MultiPurchase

The MultiPurchase contract gives you the option to fix your energy prices at certain times in order to limit the risk of wholesale market volatility.

Moving business premises with NPower business energy

If you’re moving into an NPower business supplied property, you need to get in touch with the company’s Business Movers Team as soon as possible. If you move in without a contract, you’ll be put on deemed rates which are usually more expensive than contract rates.

If you’re an existing NPower customer moving to a new premises, you should let NPower know as soon as possible so they can move you to a new contract and get in touch with the next tenant.
