USAA offers military credit cards and has a couple good low interest credit card offers. While it's somewhat lacking in the rewards department, it has cards with APRs under 10%. Membership is open to anyone actively serving in, retired from, or honorably separated from the Armed Forces; their spouses and children; officer candidates in programs like the ROTC; and widows and widowers of USAA members. While USAA has great offers, we recommend you check out the other military credit cards to see if you might qualify for even lower rates or better rewards based on which branch you/your family member serves in, where you're based, or other factors.
