The summer heat may be hard to avoid, but Amazon is treating new Prime Visa cardholders to an easy-to-snag welcome offer.
As of July 9, 2026, Amazon Prime members who apply and are approved for the Chase-issued Amazon Prime Visa will receive a $150 Amazon Gift Card instantly upon approval.
Unlike with many credit card incentives, there are no spending requirements to meet. That’s $150 that you can use however you want with the online retailer — from new beach gear to barbecuing essentials.
In addition to the limited-time bonus, holders of the Prime Visa can also earn 10% back or more on eligible Prime Card Bonus offers.
The Chase-issued card charges an annual fee of $0 but requires a Prime membership, which costs $139 annually. It also earns the following cash-back rewards:
  • 5% back at Amazon.com and Whole Foods Market.
  • 2% back at restaurants, gas stations and local transit, including rideshare.
  • 1% back on all other purchases.
