The Best Airline Promotions of March 2023

Many or all of the products featured here are from our partners who compensate us. This influences which products we write about and where and how the product appears on a page. However, this does not influence our evaluations. Our opinions are our own. Here is a list of our partners and here's how we make money.
It would take a lot of flights and a lot of money to earn airline miles only by flying. Thankfully, there are plenty of other ways to earn miles through airline credit cards, dining programs, online shopping portals, cruises, vacation packages and rental cars. If that list isn’t long enough, check out some of these limited-time bonus mile offers from airlines.
Air Canada promotions
Earn bonus points or get a discount when purchasing or gifting Aeroplan points
Now through March 29, 2023, Aeroplan members can choose to get up to an 80% bonus or up to a 45% discount when buying or gifting 4,000 Aeroplan points or more. The bonus/discount tiers are as follows:
Buy or gift 4,000–29,000 points: 45% bonus or 30% discount.
Buy or gift 30,000–55,000 points: 65% bonus or 40% discount.
Buy or gift 60,000+ points: 80% bonus or 45% discount.
When gifting points, the recipient will receive the bonus points if bonus points are chosen. If a discount is chosen, the member giving the gift will benefit from the discount when purchasing.
In general, NerdWallet recommends that you only purchase airline points and miles if you need to top off your account for a redemption you want to book and you'll get more value for their points than the cost it took to buy them. Even so, review our guidance on purchasing points before taking advantage of this deal.
To purchase points at a discount or gift points, click here and log in to your Aeroplan account.
