Discover Adds Apple Pay as Rewards Redemption Option
Eligible cardholders who use Pay With Rewards with Apple Pay will receive a statement credit against their purchases within 72 hours.

How to use Pay With Rewards
To use the Pay With Rewards redemption option, you must first enroll an eligible Discover card online or in the Discover app. Then, at checkout, follow these steps:
Tap the Apple Pay button or choose Apple Pay as the payment method.
Select a Discover card that has the Pay With Rewards option. Eligible cards will have a “Use Rewards” notification under the card name.
Tap “Use Rewards.”
Enter the amount of rewards you want to apply to your purchase. Rewards may be redeemed for any amount. (If you have $1 worth of rewards, you have a $1 you can redeem toward your purchase.)
Tap “Done.”
Confirm the payment using Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode.
Discover’s Pay with Rewards program also allows cardholders to redeem rewards on Amazon.com and with PayPal.
