Citi® Priority Relationship Tier
NerdWallet rating

at Citibank, N.A.

Citibank is one of the largest banks in the U.S. and offers a checking account cash bonus. The Citibank bonus could earn you $200, $500, $1,000, $1,500 or $2,000 when you sign up for a new Citi checking account and complete the required activities.

To earn the bonus, you'll have to make a high minimum deposit and meet a few other requirements. The deposit and minimum balance requirements are steep, but the bank offers perks for keeping large deposits with it, such as access to wealth management advisors and financial guidance, waived everyday banking fees and higher limits on ATM withdrawals.

Here’s a closer look at how to qualify for the Citi checking bonus.
