If you have fair credit, you'll be hard-pressed to find a credit card that offers solid rewards. The Capital One QuicksilverOne Cash Rewards Credit Card fits the bill, however.
This card offers 1.5% cash back on every purchase. The catch? The card comes with a $39 annual fee. But considering the high rewards rate, you won't find a much better deal among cards for fair credit.
