For a limited time, new holders of the $0-annual-fee Chase Freedom Rise® can earn extra rewards at restaurants, on top of the card's normal bonus offer.

Here's how Chase describes the new two-part offer:
"Earn a $25 statement credit after signing up for automatic payments within the first three months of opening your account. Limited Time Offer - Earn 3% cash back on dining at restaurants, including takeouts and eligible delivery services, on up to $6,000 spent in the first 6 months from account opening."
To receive the statement credit, you must remain enrolled in automatic payments for at least 90 days.

Much more value upfront

Normally, the Chase Freedom Rise® earns 1.5% cash back on all purchases, so this limited-time offer is a big boost, at least when it comes to dining. If you were to max out the 3% back at restaurants (up to the $6,000 spending cap in that category), you'd earn $180 in cash back. If you were to also collect the $25 statement credit, that's $205 in total value, not including any rewards you might earn at the card's 1.5% rate.
Previously, the card offered only the $25 statement credit as a welcome bonus.

Same ongoing incentives

In addition to the new bonus offer, the Chase Freedom Rise® continues to feature helpful credit-building features. You can be evaluated for a credit limit increase in as little as six months, which could be beneficial for your credit utilization (a major factor in your credit scores).
Chase will also evaluate your account annually to see whether you qualify to upgrade to the Chase Freedom Unlimited®, which also has a $0 annual fee but earns richer ongoing rewards.
If you're considering the Chase Freedom Rise®, having $250 deposited into a Chase checking or savings account can increase your odds of approval.
