What to know about buying tickets

Ticket prices will vary by match. They're available on a first-come, first-served basis, and only while supplies last. You must have a FIFA account to buy World Cup tickets, so if you don't already have one, best to go ahead and set it up before Feb. 10 to avoid delays.

Once the promotion is live, visit chase.com/sapphireexperiences. From there, you’ll see a FIFA section that allows you to access tickets. After clicking on that option, you’ll have to verify your cardholder status by entering the card number to view and purchase tickets.
After that step, you’ll receive a unique link that redirects you to FIFA’s official website, where you’ll need to log in with your FIFA account to browse available tickets and buy them through the official FIFA ticketing system. (Chase suggests saving or copying the link just in case, since you’ll only be able to receive up to two links as a cardholder.)
