Managing Editor Starting Jan. 8, 2026, two cards in the Marriott Bonvoy family are offering new welcome bonuses for a limited time. New applicants for the Marriott Bonvoy Boundless® Credit Card and Marriott Bonvoy Bold® Credit Card will be eligible for the following, respectively:
- Marriott Bonvoy Boundless® Credit Card: Earn 5 Free Nights (each night valued up to 50,000 points) after spending $3,000 on eligible purchases within 3 months of account opening with your Marriott Bonvoy Boundless® Credit Card. Certain hotels have resort fees. Previously, the card offered three Free Night Awards for the same level of spending in the same time frame.
- Marriott Bonvoy Bold® Credit Card: Earn 2 Free Nights (each night valued up to 50,000 points) after spending $1,000 on eligible purchases within 3 months of account opening with the Marriott Bonvoy Bold® Credit Card. Certain hotels have resort fees. Previously, the card offered 30,000 bonus points after spending $1,000 on eligible purchases within 3 months of account opening.
In addition to its updated welcome offer, the Marriott Bonvoy Boundless® Credit Card is also offering both new and existing cardholders up to $100 in statement credits after they spend $500 on eligible airline purchases with their card in 2026. Cardholders must spend $250 on eligible purchases in the first half of 2026 to receive a $50 credit, and then another $250 in the later half of the year to receive an additional $50 statement credit.
Apart from the new benefits listed above, ongoing rewards and other terms of the two Marriott Bonvoy cards remain the same.

- 3 Marriott Bonvoy® points per dollar spent at participating Marriott Bonvoy hotels.
- 2 points per dollar spent on grocery store purchases, rideshare purchases, and select food delivery.
- 2 points per dollar spent on select streaming, internet, cable and phone services.
- 1 point per dollar spent on all other eligible purchases.
